Home-made sushi rolls

Ingredients: 1 cup special round rice for suchi 20 ml of rice vinegar 1 tea spoon of sugar 1/3 of tea spoon of salt sliced salt salmon crab meat in sticks cream cheese Filadelfia avocado cucumber sheets of nori Before cooking you need to wash rise minimum 5 times. Put in a saucepan 1 cup of rice and 1 and 1/4 cup of water. Put on stove, close the lid. Cooking after boiling about 20 minutes, not stir, not open the lid. Sauce for rise to make it sticky. 1 tea spoon of sugar and 1/4 tea spoon of salt put in small saucepan and add 20ml or rice vinegar. You can warm on stove to make sure than everything is melted. Then put this sauce in a rice and stirr.
