Leek soup Суп з лука порея

5 leeks 2 potatoes 1-2 glasses of heavy whipping cream 2 tablespoons of butter salt to taste Wash the leek, cut off the dark green part, and slice. Put the leeks in a large saucepan, add butter, and sauté until the leeks are soft. Add diced, boiled potatoes. Grind it with a blender into a puree. Add heavy whipping cream and one or two glasses of water, boil, stir, and turn off the stove. Add salt to taste. Serve with crispy croutons.
